COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering STBVP6-RB1Q8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynisco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chemineer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynisco such as the MRT463XM618 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3CTDM75 manufactured by Chemineer and we are pleased to be able to service most Chemineer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LEDRR70XD4PM by Manufacturer Banner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Drager Brand Polytron2XP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bei such as XH25EF1SS2500ABZC15VVSM18 equipment made by Bei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 80800021h made by Cognex as well as the popular MSXLE4824Y original spares produced by Banner-Engineering Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MGCB5A by Nice and XH25EF1SS2500ABZC15VVSM18 spares by Bei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MX4000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Datalogic. |
